Everest Three Passes Trek Highlights:-
Everest Three Passes Trek:-
Surely a journey that focuses solely on altitude in the Himalayas of Nepal, specifically around Everest, the highest mountain, in the Khumbu region. The trip involves crossing the highest pass, known as Gokyo.
1) Kongma La Pass (5,535 meters / 18,159 feet) - the highest
2) Cho La Pass (5,420 meters / 17,782 feet)
3) Renjo La Pass (5,340 meters / 17,520 feet)
Then, moving to the base of the mighty Everest, the journey continues to ascend Kala Patthar.
The route takes you away from pollution and noise to a remote and untouched Nangpa La Valley, passing through the Sherpa village of Marlung and eventually reaching the monastery village. This is truly a remarkable experience set against the most extraordinary mountain region in the world.
