“The Wild West”
The Sun Koshi is the longest river trip in Nepal, spanning over 400 kilometers and offering some of the most challenging and exciting white-water rafting experiences in the world. Starting from the Tibetan border, the river flows through the Eastern Himalayas and eventually joins the sacred Ganges River in India. This journey, known as the "river of gold," is celebrated for its breathtaking scenery, including canyons, waterfalls, bat caves, ancient temples, and beautiful white sandy beaches perfect for setting up camp. It also provides access to remote villages, making it a highly popular and unforgettable river expedition for adventurers seeking both thrill and natural beauty.

DEPART FROM: Lakeside Center, Pokhara 6 am (private bus)
START POINT: Dungeswar / 17 hours from Pokhara (option to fly Kathmandu to Nepalgunj)
FINISH POINT: Chisapani / 13 hours to Pokhara (option to fly Nepalgunj to Kathmandu)
RETURNS TO: Lakeside Center, Pokhara (private bus)
MEALS: Day 1 = lunch & dinner Days 2 – 9 = breakfast, lunch & dinner Day 10 = breakfast
ACCOMMODATION: 7 nights riverside beach camping 1-night hotel outbound 1-night camp or hotel inbound

Trek to Tyangboche
Just got home from our second trek in the Himalayas with Dorjee sherpa. We treked to tengboche for the mani rimdu festival. The festival was incredible and the mountains are magnificent. Dorjee is a great guide and we really enjoyed staying at his Buddha lodge and meeting his wonderful family.
