For the adventure seeker who would like to get to the Base Camp of Mount Annapurna with the height of 8091m meters in a short period of time, Annapurna Base Camp Trek is the best choice. Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu and a brief discussion on trip (1,300m/4,264 ft.)

Day 02 : Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Day 03 : Drive to Nayapul (1,060m/ 3,477 ft.): 5-6 hrs drive

Day 04 : Trek to Tikhedhunga (1,577m/5,173 ft.): 4 hrs walk

Day 05 : Trek to Ghorepani (2,850m/9,350 ft.): 5-6 hrs walk

Day 06 : A hike to Poon Hill (3210m/10530 ft.) and Trek to Tadapani (2540m/8332 ft.): 6-7 hrs walk

Day 07 : Trek to Chhomrong (2,210m/7,249 ft.): 5-6 hrs walk

Day 08 : Trek to Dovan (2,600m/8,528 ft.): 6-7 hrs walk

Day 09 : Trek to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,700m/12,139 ft.): 4-5 hrs walk

Cost Includes:

Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu and a brief discussion on trip (1,300m/4,264 ft.)

Welcome to Nepal, the Land of Himalayas! Upon your arrival our representative from Himalayan Traverse will welcome to you at the airport and take you to your respective hotel. As it is the first day, we will make you brief introduction on your trip and your guide/s too. At the evening we will host a welcome dinner offering typical Nepalese cuisine in one of the finest Nepalese Restaurants in Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu Hotel.

Day 02 : Sightseeing in Kathmandu

After breakfast in the morning we start a small sightseeing in Kathmandu in the three famous UNESCO World heritage enlisted sites: “Pashupatinath Temple” the biggest temple for Hindus, “Swayambhunath Stupa” also known as the monkey temple which is one of the famous religious stupa for Buddhists and “Boudhanath Stupa” the biggest Stupa in Nepal located in Kathmandu. After this short visit to religious sites we make early preparations for our trip and make sure everything is okay. Overnight in Kathmandu Hotel.

Day 03 : Drive to Nayapul (1,060m/ 3,477 ft.): 5-6 hrs drive

Early in the morning we drive for Nayapul as our first stop for today. There will be some breaks in the way for lunch. Today as we drive during the day, we take some rest after reaching Nayapul. Overnight at Nayapul.

Day 04 : Trek to Tikhedhunga (1,577m/5,173 ft.): 4 hrs walk

Today we hike for Tikhedhunga starting from Birethanti which a small town on the other side of Modi River. Then we head to Sudami where we have to trail up to the side of valley and reach Hile. Then we finally reach Tikhedhunga. Overnight at Tikhedhunga.

Day 05 : Trek to Ghorepani (2,850m/9,350 ft.): 5-6 hrs walk

Today will be an uphill climb for us with ascend of the Ulleri village with an amazing Himalayan landscape. We make our way through the lush forests of rhododendron and oak. And finally we reach Ghorepani from where we can see the magnificent view of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himalayan range view. Overnight at Ghorepani.

Day 06 : A hike to Poon Hill (3210m/10530 ft.) and Trek to Tadapani (2540m/8332 ft.): 6-7 hrs walk

Early in the morning we hike to Poon Hill. From the top you can see the amazing sunrise over the Himalayas and panoramic view of Mount Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Machhapuchhre and Himalayas in Dolpo too. After spending a good time in Poon Hill we descend back to Ghorepani and trek to Tadapani, our stop for tonight. Overnight at Tadapani.

Day 07 : Trek to Chhomrong (2,210m/7,249 ft.): 5-6 hrs walk

Chhomrong is a beautiful village lying ay the top of Annapurna region with Gurung people, which will be our destination for today. We walk through the downwards trail before we reach the famous Gurung valley. On the way we can see the view of Modi Valley too. After a continuous walk of about 5 hours we reach Chhomrong. Overnight at Chhomrong.

Day 08 : Trek to Dovan (2,600m/8,528 ft.): 6-7 hrs walk

Today we will be making us descend to the trail which leads us to a place at Sinuwa hill. After crossing the place place we make our way through Upper Modi Khola by our side. A continuous walk takes us down to Bamboo and making through the forest in Kulidar, gradually we make it to Bamboo. Overnight at Dovan

Day 09 : Trek to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,700m/12,139 ft.): 4-5 hrs walk

Today we will be making it to Machhapuchhre Base camp. Starting our trail to Himalaya hotel, we start our days. Then we gradually reach Deurali through the Hinki cave, where we can see some major avalanche trek. Then, finally we reach Machhapuchhre Base Camp. Overnight at Machhapuchhre Base Camp.

Day 10 : Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m/13550 ft.): 3 hrs walk

As we walk for Annapurna Base ccamp, we cannot see much greenery as before and the path also gets wider as we enter in the Annapurna sanctuary area. And getting more closer to Annapurna Base Camp which is our ultimate destination gives us magnificent panoramic views of Annapurna Himalayas and Macchapucchre. We will be staying in Annapurna Base camp tonight. Overnight in Annapurna Base Camp.

Day 11 : Trek to Bamboo (2,300m/7,544 ft.): 5-6 hrs walk

After the amazing time in Annapurna area we get back to Kathmandu eventually starting first of all through Bamboo. Our today’s stop will be Bamboo, which has extraordinary landscape. Overnight at Bamboo.

Day 12 : Trek to Jhinu Danda (1,780m/5,859 ft.): 5-6 hrs walk

Today we make our walk to Jhinu Dada through the sideways of Chomrong Khola. When we reach Jhinu Dada by the end of our day, we could also enjoy hot water spring which a little further down from Jhinu Dada and relax. Overnight in Jhinu Dada.

Day 13 : Trek to Nayapul (1,060m/ 3,477 ft.): 6-7 hrs walk and drive to Pokhara (823m/2,700 ft.): 2 hrs drive

Our today’s destination is Pokhara, a very famous tourist destination for tourists all over the world. After walking till Nayapul, we drive towards Pokhara which takes just a couple of hours. At the evening we enjoy the view at the lakeside of Pokhara and make ourselves ready for tomorrow’s flight back to Kathmandu.

Day 14 : Explore Pokhara

Early in the morning we go to Sarangkot to see the sunrise view and spend a wonderful time there. Then during day time, we will be exploring Pokhara's major places. We will be going to David's fall, a deep waterfall with narrow canal and no end. We go to the Shiva cave nearby for which as religious importance for Hindu people. We also do boating in the beautiful Phewa lake and visit Bindhabassini Temple in the middle of the lake. We also give a short visit to mountaineering museum in Pokhara at the end of the day. We could buy handicrafts or other souvenirs near Lakeside at the evening. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.

Day 15 : Fly back to Kathmandu: 30 min flight

As today we have to fly back to Kathmandu, we wake up early in the morning and make our early flight in Kathmandu. During the day you could take rest or buy yourself some souvenirs. On the occasion of our successful trip there will be a dinner conducted by us in the evening.

Day 16 : Final Departure

Today we will be biding you farewell. We will be hoping that you will come back to Nepal again for another adventurous trip. We will take you to the International airport some hours before the scheduled flight and finally you will depart back for your homeland!
